Primary or vacation homes, commercial property or undeveloped land can be donated to The Arc of Montgomery County. In some cases, you can even give the property as a donation but keep the right to use it for the remainder of your lifetime.
There are significant tax advantages associated with gifts of real estate, but not every property is appropriate for use as a charitable gift.
